A native Denverite, Denise attended St. Mary's Academy, received an A.A. from Pine Manor College and a B.A. in psychology from Loretto Heights College.
Denise was raised in Central Denver and, as an adult, has lived in Greenwood Village, Park Hill, Hilltop and North Country Club.
While raising her 3 sons in Park Hill, Denise initiated and administered several innovative programs addressing the needs of the underserved in the greater Denver metropolitan area. Denise was awarded two National Awards for these endeavors.
Denise obtained a Colorado Real Estate License in 1995. Her intimate knowledge of Denver and its neighborhoods plus a proven track record in the delivery of superb Customer Service led Denise to Distinctive Properties.
Denver, her husband and their Golden Retriever puppy live in the North Country Club neighborhood. She has been a resident there for the past 20 years.
