Mimi Kuchman began her real estate career 17 years ago in Los Angeles, California working with Coldwell / Southeby's; learning real estate values, marketing and gaining sales experience.
She moved to Denver, Colorado in 1996 and went to work with a mid-size family office that focused on single family residences. This is where she spent the last 14 years learning the special characteristics of each of the unique neighborhoods in the Denver/Boulder metro areas.

Using her expertise she helps her clients optimize their real estate transactions and has also taken many opportunities to purchase, rehab and/or build multiple properties throughout the Denver Metro area herself. Incorporating her innate ability to design and space plan, she is excited to share her visions with clients and to take an old worn out home and bring it back to life or create a whole nw home!

She has been married for 14 years and has two terrific girls. Being a wife, mother, home owner and investor, she understands that buying or selling a house in not as simple as choosing a piece of property for either party in a deal. It is or will be your home and for most, one of the largest investments you may ever make. Mimi takes th time necessary to help her clients understand the opportunity and to make the best decision for their situation.

Mimi also has personal experience in the commercial real estate arena. For the past four years, she has managed over 125,000 square feet of space and recently has bcome an owner of the commercial properties she manages.

In her spare time, Mimi likes to horseback ride and play tennis.
